I had a mixed experience at Novotel Suites Hannover. The location was fantastic, right across from the central bus station and close to the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. However, the noise level at night was quite disruptive, as I could hear loud commotion outside my window. While the service was pleasant and helpful, the room could use some updates and better housekeeping. Overall, I appreciated the breakfast and the staff's efforts but faced significant issues with noise and the room's condition.
